Before you arrive

Three things that speed up drop-off

Empty the car

Personal items out of the cabin, boot and glovebox. We do not move belongings, and an empty interior gets cleaned properly.

Bring it dirty

Do not wash it first. We want to see the paint as it lives, and the wash is part of what you are paying for anyway.

Flag the problems

Point out any respray, dents, sensors, aftermarket paint or previous coating. It changes how we approach the job.
